Vocabulary test

How many German words do you know?

Tick the words you know on two sheets of 40 and get an estimate of your German vocabulary and your level, from A1 to C1. It takes about three minutes and needs no account.

How it works

  1. Tick the words you knowThe first sheet has words from every level, A1 to C1.
  2. A closer lookThe second sheet has more words around the level your first answers point to.
  3. Your estimateWe count the share of words you know at each level, take off what guessing adds, and scale it to the words of each level.
